Congratulations Kimi & Mike - may your life together be filled with love, joy, happiness and the closeness of family and friends! Looking foward to your wedding day :-)
WE ARE SO EXCITED TO GAIN ANOTHER DAUGHTER IN LAW AND LOOK FORWARD TO SHARING AND MAKING MEMORIES WITH YOU BOTH.
Congratulations on your wedsite! We are honored to be a part of your special day. Thank you for choosing wedsite.com to share your wedding plans and experiences with your friends and family.
I've known Scott for over 20 years. He is the cousin to my late childhood best friend. I worked for him every weekend for a couple years doing electrical work. He's one of the best electricians I know and a great friend!
Paul has been a loyal friend to me. I met him through a mutual friend when I was 16 and he built me a custom speaker box for my SUV. We kicked it off then and we've been good friends since.
I met Jerry through my late friend Joe. At first he didn't like me. I guess I grew on him like an advertising jingle. After Joe passed away we became close. I'm grateful to have Jerry next to me in July to represent both our friendship and Joe who will not be able to be there with me.
This guy is ready to guard the rings, steal the show, eat cake (LOTS of cake) and dance with girls! We love this ring bearer so much!
Please check back soon as a new link will be posted for guests to book rooms at a discounted rate in 2021. Please contact Kimi or Mike with any further questions!

Joe is the best brother anyone could ever ask for! All I can say is that I wouldn't be who I am today without him.
If I had my choice of any brother in law, my first choice would be Brian. He's the man.
I'll always remember that Mike let me share a room with him at his wedding. We will soon share the unique bond of being married to Reske girls.
Beloved friend who will be celebrating with us in heaven.
Honorary pin to be worn by Groomsman Jerry Lutz
Lindsay and I met back at Sacred Heart Elementary School. We had a solo in the chorus and sang "put another nickel in the nickelodeon" together in junior high. We should have known right then we were in it for the long haul together . Through grade school, high school, college and after (whether we were living in different states or working in the same medical office) Lindsay has proven to me that true friends always find their way back to each other. Our friendship has taught me that there is nothing more valuable than someone who knew you as a child, watched you grow up, make mistakes and has loved and supported you every step of the way. I'm lucky to call you my forever friend and have you standing next to me in July.
Abi and I met while bartending at Tgi Fridays in Plymouth during college. We instantly hit it off! Our personalities are so similar that bar guests would often get us confused asking her how nursing school was or me how my horses were. It's not unusual for us to be uncontrollably laughing when we are together. One of our finest memories was when our gas light game on and we got off the highway and decided to search for a McDonalds so we could get some French Fries instead of finding a gas station (We made it home that night, don't worry ;) ) Abi is one of the most bubbly, vibrant people I've ever met and being around her makes life a little brighter. I can't wait to make more memories with you in July! Love you!
Fashion and beauty is nothing new to this girl!! She will make a perfect flower girl. Mike & I know she is going to do such a great job!
This sweet girl is going to do such a great job with the guidance of her big sister Addison! Mike and I love them both!!
Waylynn "Winnie" June came into the world on 5/9/20. She is absolutely gorgeous! Mike & I are now blessed with 3 beautiful nieces/flower girls!
Kristen~Matron of Honor
Meet my beautiful MOH! Kristen is my older sister who I have looked up to since we were little girls. Mike and I will be getting married on her and her husbands 5th wedding anniversary! A wedding anniversary won't be the first thing we will have in common though. In high school I was given the name "KR squared" when I made the varsity high school basketball team as a sophomore. Kristen went from KR to KM when she married her high school sweetheart Mike McManus five years ago. As fate would have it, this July I will becoming "KM squared" when I marry my "Mike". I remember the first time Kristen met Mike, she whispered to me across the table "are you guys dating or just friends...he seems really normal." I guess sisters have good instincts. Kristen is such a sweet, soft person who is really great with wedding planning and attention to details (lucky me) and I can't imaging having anyone else by my side in July. I love you!
Don't forget to click the arrows under the photos! :)
Casey is the cousin that everybody wishes they had. She is as kind as she is fun and we are lucky to have grown up close to one another. When Casey met Mike she told me she really liked him and if she wasn't married to Keith she would probably date him. I knew at that moment Mike was in with the family. I'm excited to have Casey next to me in July and for whatever adventures lie ahead in the years to come! I just hope we don't lose any underwear at the Seacrest. ;)
Mandy and I are cousins but I've always thought of her as a friend as well. We were lucky to grow up very close to one another and are both the middle siblings of older sisters and younger brothers. Mandy and I will often laugh about our younger days of making up cheers to perform in front of our family (middle child thing I guess?) or about our adventures while on family vacations. There is never a dull moment when Mandy is around but there is no doubt in my mind that Mandy's best quality is her loyalty. Mandy is incredibly protective of the people she loves and has always looked out for me over the years. We've had so many good times (see photo section ;) ), laughs together and I can't wait to make more memories together this year. This year just wouldn't be the same without you by my side for the ride. Love you!
In my opinion, everyone deserves to have a friend like Megan. Meg and I met on our journey to happiness through ex-boyfriends who were friends and introduced us. We remained friends after our relationships ended and here we are today. Talk about a silver lining, right? Meg is the friend you can go weeks without seeing or talking to (because life happens) and you pick right up where you left off when you see each other. She's the person you know you can always count on no matter what and for that I will always cherish her. Three of her closest friends got engaged this year and I do not doubt for one second her heart and soul is going into each and every one of their planning! She is such a special person to me. I love you!
~Parking is available at the Seacrest for all guests attending the wedding. You do not have to have a room to park there.
~The only children who will be attending the wedding are our nieces & nephew who are in the wedding party.
To our amazing families,
THANK YOU! We would not be who we are today without all of you. We hope you know how special each and every one of you are to us. We've written a few thoughts below as to how some of you contributed to who we are today.
Daddy~ thank you for all the tough love, endless support and encouragement. If every little girl could have a Dad like you this world would be a much better place. ~Kimi
Mom~ I wouldn't be where I am today without you. I love you! ~ Mike
Joe~ Thank you for always looking out for me over the years. You are a good friend and a good brother. I'll always look up to you. ~Mike
Lois~thank you for all the sacrifices you made for your boys when they were little. It is no secret the amount of admiration they have for you. You have raised such a genuine man and I'm so lucky to be marrying him! ~ Kimi
Mom~thank you for always being there. Whether it was staying up all night studying with me to make sure I passed my nursing test or spending hours wedding planning. You are just always there and I don't know what I would do without you. ~ Kimi
Uncle Tommy & Uncle Paul~ "BEST GODFATHERS EVER!" ~ Kimi & Mike
Bob Dee~ thank you for everything you taught Mike. Every time something breaks in this home I whisper a thank you to you. Thank you for all the time & love you gave him. ~Kimi
Nana~ thank you for teaching me that there is nothing wrong with speaking up and how "not to be a dope" . :) Mike & I both love you!
KR~ thank you for never getting too annoyed by the little sister that wanted to do everything single thing you did. So much of who I am is attributed to having such an amazing older sister and all those fights over clothes or who was going to leave their away message up on AIM will keep Dana entertained for the rest of her life. :) ~Kimi
Bob Dee~thank you for being strict with us and for teaching me how to use my hands. At the time I may not have appreciated it but I do now. ~Mike
Dad~ thank you for all the lessons you taught me about business and life while working together. ~Mike
Briguy~ thank you for always holding me to the highest of standards in every aspect of life. Even as a younger brother that has proved how much you truly care about me and your entire family. I am so proud of you! Mike and I both can't wait to see what the future holds for you! ~Kimi
Prior to our engagement Mike and I had looked at rings together twice. One time was when we were on our way into the grocery store together and decided we had a few minutes to look at what "type" of ring I might like. Our busy schedules didn't permit for much more. :) My Dad had booked beach house which was of course dog friendly at the end of this past August down in Dennisport. The house, beach and setting were all beautiful! (See photos). We had the best week! On the last night of our vacation Mike had something else planned...I'll let him tell the rest....
"I told Kim that I had to run home on the last day of our vacation to look at a job I planned on starting the following week (because it was raining). She had no idea I was really going to NASR at Buzzards Bay to pick up her ring. They made it for me in two short weeks. I picked it up and then drove back to the beach house and showed it to Junie. I had Junie try it on to see what she thought. We then spent the rest of the day planning out the proposal together. Howie went to work that day because it was raining (anyone that knows Howie won't be surprised by this). I called him to make sure he would leave work early. I told Kim I wanted to take a picture with her because it was the last night of vacation and Junie followed behind us with the dogs so she could capture everything. We went out to eat at the Swan River after. They gave us a bottle of champagne and Kristen & Mike brought us a cake to celebrate. I was a little nervous but I'm happy to say everything went according to plan. I'll always remember what a big part of the proposal Junie was. I couldn't have done it without her."
As told by Kimi,
"I guess the best fairytales are the ones that are unfolding before your eyes and you don't even realize it. I would have to say that Mike's version of our story is pretty accurate. I see our love story as one where the timing was right and the stars aligned. I remember Mike coming into Fridays and sitting quietly at the bar, always polite, kind, patient. I always joke with him that I thought I was a good person until I met him. Mike is the definition of a pure, kind hearted soul and anyone that knows him can testify to this.
I had a unique opportunity to hear one of Mike's best friends (Joe) talk about Mike before Mike and I dated. I recall him saying what a good friend Mike was, the admiration he had for him and how he had hoped he would finish his electrical school soon because he knew that's what he should be doing. In hindsight my future was flashing before my eyes. It wasn't long until I developed that same admiration for Mike. The same admiration that so many people have for him.
Our story was one that as Mike said grew from a friendship. I guess for me Mike is the guy people tell you will come along but you never fully believe it. Mike came along and changed my perspective on everything. I may have met him later in life but he was well worth the wait. Mike is my best friend and my happily ever after."
As told by Michael,
"I remember first meeting Kimi at TGI Fridays Plymouth when she was bartending. I used to go in there with my buddy Joe for drinks. I remember she won the bar Olympics one year. We didn't interact much, I remember she always had a boyfriend. Fast forward to the summer of 2013 I ran into Kimi and her friends at a bar when I was out with my friend Joe again. We talked briefly and that was that. In the fall I lost my friend Joe in an accident. Following the accident Kimi and I kept in touch, I recall meeting up with her a few times for drinks (I thought we were going on dates) but I guess they were just "friends meeting up" at the time because she was seeing someone. I decided to just go with the flow. As fate would have it I ended up at the same bar as Kimi and her friends on New Years Eve 2015 (the same bar I ran into her back in the summer of 2013 when I was with my late friend Joe). From the moment I saw her that night I knew I had to kiss her at midnight. The countdown started and I remember thinking to myself its now or never so I went for it. I got my kiss...the rest is history....just kidding. I remember texting Kimi asking if she had a date for Valentines date. Her response was something to the idea of she was planning to spend it with her parents because there was a big snowstorm coming. My response was "I have 4 wheel drive I'm coming now." On my way to pick her up I stopped to get a dozen roses. I bought her a dozen white roses "blizzard roses" which I now buy her every Valentine's Day, our Anniversary. Needless to say, the date was a success.
Within a few months we started living together in my mom's in-law apartment together. We stayed there for the next 3 years together while we worked on our careers and I finished school.
We decided to start looking for a house in the Winter of 2017. I remember I wanted to live in Plymouth. Kimi wanted to live in Duxbury where her family is. In January we found our current home that we. both loved and ended up buying our first home in March 2018. Fast forward to summer 2019. Kimi's Dad had planned a family vacation for us at a beach house. I remembered Kimi had told me when I first met her that if she was to ever get engaged she would want her family there. I thought this vacation would be my perfect opportunity. So...here we are. I'm excited to marry my best friend and partner in life."
Thank you to our families and wedding party for celebrating with us! What a perfect night! I can only hope this is preview of what is to come over the next few months. Daddy, thank you for hosting! We love you!
Kimberly and Michael launch their personal wedsite at amelchmadeinheaven.wedsite.com.
I came into this world on August 5th 1988 at 9:05am weighing 7lbs 10oz, 20.5 inches. I was born at South Shore Hospital. I moved to Plymouth when I was in the 3rd grade, I loved my childhood home. I have so many memories from North Triangle Drive, having friends over to our pool, fishing at the pond, 4 wheeling, going to the skate park and making forts. I spent a lot of time with my brother. Joe was always a good brother. He brought me everywhere with him, I remember my mom always made sure we had dinner together even though she worked long hours at the Donut King. Some of my best memories were doing projects with Bob Dee every weekend around the house. I had a simple but happy childhood. I got my journeyman electrician license in 2017. I then went on to get my Master's in 2019. I worked for 2 different companies over the past several years and am now self employed.
The Bride's Story
I came into this world on October 29th, 1986 with very little struggle (as told by my mom.) When my mom went into labor earlier that night my Dad woke up and asked her if she could "go back to sleep and wait until tomorrow because he had a long day".
My mom described me as being "all eyes" with a lot of hair and very tan skin and they weren't exactly sure whose kid I was. I had no name for two days. My parents were considering Kimberly or Lauren but ultimately decided I looked more like a Kimberly or Kimmy.
This was two years and 48 days after my big sister Kristen was born. It didn't take long for people to realize the amount of admiration I had for Kristen. 33 years later I have a deeper understanding of how special it is to have a sister so close in age to you. Two years and twenty days later my sister and I were blessed with the little brother we never wanted but always needed. Brian (my Dad finally got his boy) was a terror as kid (I guess that's what younger brothers are for right?) but he has grown into a smart, ambitious young man with a quiet sense of confidence that makes me proud to call him my brother. I always enjoyed being the middle child and suspect the timing of my arrival led me to be the independent person that I am who is fairly easy to get along with.
When I was born my parents bought my childhood home in Duxbury, MA. Weston Farms will always hold a special place in my heart. Any of my longtime friends can confirm that I do in fact have the best parents alive. Howie Hollywood and Juniebug devoted and still devote their entire lives to my siblings and I. I think I was in my last 20's when I came to realize that not everyones parents were real life superheroes. I will never be able to fully express the amount of love and gratitude I have for my parents.
I have two additional "siblings", Duke & Gus. Duke is my childhood dog. He is now 14 but definitely doesn't look or act it! He is the best dog and such a big part of my childhood. I can't imagine loving a dog more than him. We adopted Gus from one of our old neighbors. Gus and Mike fell in love instantly.
I went to Sacred Heart school in Kingston from kindergarten through high school earning me the title of a "lifer". I always loved school so I can't say I would have disliked any school but I loved Sacred Heart. I played soccer, basketball and softball amongst participating in various other extracurricular activities. I have a few friends from Sacred Heart whom I consider to be lifetime friends that will always be dear to me.
After graduating from Sacred Heart, I went to Curry where I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I was able to walk onto the Women's basketball team. My sophomore year we played my sisters team (Umass Boston) which was one of my best college memories. Following graduation from Curry I obtained my Masters of Science in Nursing from Boston College. I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner ever since. My passion is geriatrics and while practicing over the past eight years I have learned more about life and myself than I could have ever imagined. I recently left a practice in Duxbury where I had the opportunity to work with a group of the most compassionate and knowledgeable people I've ever met. This past November I started at an Atrius practice in Quincy and can only hope this job is as rewarding as my last one.
Mike and I have so many special people in our lives but only one grandparent between the both of us who will be able to celebrate with us on our special day. We feel so fortunate to have Nana Reske in our lives and we know that anyone that knows her would agree with us!

Family & Friends,
Due to the current conditions with COVID-19 the Bridal Shower of Kimi & Mike will not take place on May 3rd as originally planned. We will keep all of you posted going forward.
Thank you to our A team for all your help with our wedding planning & for the love and support you give us every day. We can't believe we get to do this for another whole year with you guys! We love you!
To our family & friends,
First & foremost...Mike and I would like to introduce our beautiful niece and the NEWEST member to our bridal party........
Waylynn "Winnie" June McManus was born on 5/9/20. She has a few milestones to hit before practicing throwing flower petals but we're confident the extra year will work in her favor.
(See photos) She's gorgeous!
Thank you for your love, support and PATIENCE while we navigated this process of postponing our wedding date. Formal postponement announcements will be mailed this week.
It seems like just yesterday we got engaged and we were so excited to be signing our contracts with vendors and looking forward to sharing our big day with you!
I guess life really is what happens when you're busy making other plans? I realized this when I found myself decked out in PPE at the urgent care on the weekend I was supposed to have my hair/make-up trial. Unfortunately, that was far from the look I was going for. :)
While Mike & I enjoyed our "virtual" Pre -Cana class I have to say that 2020 has been the best marriage/life prep that any couple could ask for. In a way I feel like previous brides & grooms may have been jipped in the training process? :)
Mike and I always say how fortunate we are to have each other as "teammates" and we whole heartedly acknowledge that like all the best things in life, our wedding will be well worth the wait! Especially if it means we will be able to celebrate with all of you!
Our wedding date has been changed to Sunday July 18, 2021. The ceremony will still be at St. Elizabeth Seton Church at 2:00pm with cocktail hour to follow immediately at the Seacrest Beach Hotel.
For our immediate family members/members of the bridal party, when making accommodations please note we will be hosting our rehearsal dinner on Friday night.
The Seacrest plans to move all existing reservations in our wedding block from 2020 to 2021. If you have an existing reservation for 2020 please call or e-mail Lauren Tyler directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 508-356-1259 to confirm your reservation has been moved. You can also cancel your reservation if you choose to do so. There is typically a $50 cancellation fee for anyone who is cancelling a room as we have rooms booked during their popular season. I was able to get this fee waived for all of our guests. This is noted in the computer system. Please reference the Reske/Melchione wedding so they can see this and waive the fee for you.
If you come across any issues or are being told you will be charged a fee please contact Clark Guinn at email@example.com and please let me know as well.
We will continue to keep our website updated!
All our love,
~ Mike & Kimi
Family and friends,
Welcome to our wedding website! It's not unusual for us to stop in the middle of an ordinary day during a busy work week and talk about how blessed we are. We hope you all realize that you are the reason we feel this way and we want to thank you in advance for loving us, supporting us and making an effort to spend one of the best days of our lives with us. We realize that July 18th is right around the corner so we've put together this website to share accommodations, day of information, registry details, contact information and most importantly the details of our happily ever after story.
Take a look at our event information, click the music note in the bottom left hand corner ( turn up your volume), scroll through our pictures (using the arrows on the bottom of each page to the left).
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for being a part of our lives. We can't wait to celebrate with you in July!!!!
Don't forget to sign our guest book! :)
All our love,
Mike & Kimi
